How can I practice tests for Speaking and Writing skills?

No matter where you are, you can easily take the test just like in a real exam in Prep virtual test room with the Test Practice feature – a virtual practice room powered by AI technology.
The Speaking & Writing virtual practice room has two modes:
Practice Mode: Unlimited practice with a diverse question bank covering all IELTS test types – Effective preparation with suggestions and sample answers – No time limit for completing the test – Review and listen to the audios while taking the test – Detailed grading based on each criterion – Full control over recording your answers.
Exam Mode: Closely simulates the real exam – Countdown timer for the test – Automatically reads the questions and records your answers – Automatically submits your test when time is up.
Step 1: On the homepage, select Test Practice (1). Then, you can choose the Speaking skill directly from the filter bar (2). The system will suggest test sets containing Speaking skills. Alternatively, you can use the Search bar (3) to find tests by keyword.
Step 2: After selecting a test set, choose the Test (1) you want to practice with or select See more (2) to view other tests in the set. On the test Preview screen, click Start Test (3) or refer to the detailed test information and View sample (4)
Step 3: On the screen, select the mode, then choose Practice mode (1). You can do each part individually and click Start (2) to Check your microphone (3). Once you ensure the microphone is working properly, select Start now (4) to begin the test.

During the test, you can:
Listen to the question and refer to the Ideas (1) and Sample (2) sections to think about your response.
Click on the Microphone icon (3) to record your answer. While thinking and answering, you can track the Time spent thinking (4) on the stopwatch icon to manage your test time better.
Use the Notes (5) section to jot down important ideas.
Step 2: After answering each question, you can listen to your response (1) or record it again (2) if you are not satisfied with your answer, then select Next (3) to move on to the next question.
Step 3: After completing all the questions, you will be directed to the Review Your Answers screen. Here, you can listen again (1) and retake (2) your responses for each question. Once you're confident with your answers, select Analyze (3) and wait for the results.
Step 1: On the Result screen, you can view the overall score and the detailed scores for each criterion along with the Completion level by section for your test.
Step 2: Then, select View Details (1) to see detailed comments for each criterion and Action Plan (2) for guidance on improvement. On the View Details screen, select View detailed results for each question (3) to proceed to the individual question review screens
Step 3: On the Detailed Results screen, you can:
Navigate to the previous - next question (1) or open the Question List (2) located near the top left corner of the screen.
Review the question, your answer, and the detailed feedback on the strengths and weaknesses corresponding to each question
View the Upgrade submission (3) (based on your answers) and the Sample (4) along with Suggested Vocabulary from the teacher

The Detailed Results section is a valuable learning resource that helps you reinforce your knowledge and improve your skills. Make sure to take full advantage of it!

On the Preview screen, a few small notes will pop up before you start. Once you’ve finished reading, select I understand (3) to proceed with the test. Additionally, on the Preview screen, you can refer to View suggestions (4) and View sample answer (5)
Step 3: On the Select Practice Mode, choose the Practice mode (1). You can choose to practice individual sections and press Start (2) to begin.

During the test, you can:
While thinking and answering, you can track the Time spent thinking (1) on the countdown timer icon to better manage your test time.
Note, you must enter at least 5 words in each response to proceed to the next tasks
Step 2: After answering each question, press the arrow (1) to move to the next one.
Step 3: After completing all the questions, you will be taken to the Review submission screen. Here, you can review your answers (1) and Edit (2) your responses for each question. Once you are confident with your work, select Analyze (3) and wait for the results.
Step 1: On the Overview Results screen, you can view your total score and the detailed scores for each criterion, along with the Completion level by section for your work. Then, press View Details (1) to proceed to the screen for grading each question.

Review the questions, your responses, and detailed feedback on strengths and weaknesses for each question. Additionally, you will receive advice from Teacher Bee AI (2) to help you improve in the future
